Remove parking in front of Metro grocery store

Before there was no parking allowed in front of metro now with the increased population, we have parking allowed which is paid, but nobody pays for it and also cause a bottleneck there and I see people road rage when people are parking in front of Metro. They can just go park in the basement. Parking makes no sense. I hope the city can reconsider. Is it just make this and no parking zone you should see it around rush-hour people really getting aggressive with their driving too.
