Water and shade in the Willowdale Off-leash and BMX park

City workers cutdown whatever bushes were in the larger section of off-leash park. The only shade near the Bayview arena is from the mulberry bushes between the off-leash and the BMX park one goes to the back of the arena where the encampment was. There is no water available for citizens or dogs to drink when the arena is closed as it was this morning..
