Traffic safety on Hendon/Bishop

Traffic congestion in rush hour going east/west on Hendon/Bishop is dangerous and one day going to cause a horrific accident. The first thing to point out is that during rush hours, especially on Bishop Avenue, a slew of cars will drop off passengers on both lanes and cause headaches for others to navigate. Those dropping off their passengers near the hot dog vendor is probably the worst, because they are too close to Yonge Street. The other issue is to convert the right lane to also allow cars continuing to go westbound and cross Yonge Street to Hendon. The left turn lane is currently used for that purpose to go left (southbound) and straight through (westbound). The current problem is that Hendon and Bishop are not exactly lined up and makes ot that much more dangerous
