Traffic enforcement on loud mufflers and speeders

Literally every time that the night time is clear and there is no rain or snow - even in winter time, from around 8pm to 1am, there are waves of speeding cars, dirt bikes, motorcycles around the Yonge and Bishop area, going in both north and south directions. What's even worse is when these motorcycles and/or cars have those annoying mufflers that's clearly overcompensating for something missing. That loud gunfire noise is frustrating, annoying, and a nuisance. There's even cars that are in both east and west TTC parking lots with these clowns racing or doing doughnuts and destroying the asphalt. The speeding and noise problem can easily be solved by setting up unmarked police vehicles even in the turn medians to pretend they are turning. Don't cut breaks for these types of people. They destroy the peace we have in this community.
