Traffic calming - this is a dangerous curve with many blind spots

Almost all of the time cars take wide turns because they are going to fast and cross into on coming traffic. Cars cannot see pedestrians around the bend, there are no sidewalks and people are walking on the road with near misses daily. The tree needs to be cut back or removed so there is a better view. Sidewalks are a must and a traffic calming island installed at the curb to slow cars down in-order to safely make the turn
