Traffic calming on Kenneth Avenue near Willowdale United Church

Situation
Near Willowdale United church, there are two playgrounds. Usually, people with dogs and children will group here.
My Request
I propose that we add some traffic calming, such as bumper nearby the church so that we can create a safer place for people

I’m against speed pumps as they impede emergency vehicles getting to deal with emergency situations

@John Zhu I have travelled many times to Chicago and Speed bumps are there very where and i don't see negative impact created by speed bumps. I really wish our city does some major improvements to make our city roads safer.
