"The Willowdale Promenade" is essentially our Main Street -- the stretch on Yonge St. between Empress Ave & Sheppard Ave. Decorative street maps, LED bollards, and fuller planters can really elevate this area, inviting more people to stroll and experience the street. More diversity in retail and dining with charming storefronts, can also transform our street to a more sophisticated area where the community meets, interacts, celebrates, shops, and entertains. Lastly, a meditation park can provide a tranquil space where the community could partake in yoga, meditation etc
