Speed humps to neighborhood streets parallel to Steeles

So many drivers cut through neighborhood streets parallel to Steeles within Newtonbrook East and West with no regard for speed limits, especially when they are trying to make the lights at Yonge. This is unsafe for the residents and children in the area and is disruptive at nighttime when disrespectful drivers hit full throttle. We need speed humps!
