Pedestrian crossing at intersection

At the corner of Clairtrell and Spring Garden, there is no pedestrian crossing on the floor. Even if there is a 3 way-stop, it is very confusing as drivers don't see any sign on the floor indicating pedestrian could be crossing so they just do their stop and re-accelerate without waiting.
This is literally in front of a school, many kids walk to school every morning, they need to be able to cross safely.

There definitely should be a crosswalk on Spring Garden Ave for the St. Gabriel Catholic School and for other residents who want to cross. There is already a 3-ALL WAY STOP in place, so this doesn't affect anyone or creating anything new.
