Pedestrian and Cyclist Signal Priority

Pedestrians, cyclists, and drivers from the Finch Hydro Corridor Trail have to wait for several minutes before the traffic signal changes. We need improvements in increased speed changes so that people are not waiting an absurd amount of time.
