No U-Turn Sign Needed - Southbound

There is a dedicated lane for drivers heading N to turn into Upper Madison Ave. There is a break in the median from N/S

However, there are cars that abrubtly come to a stop when heading South on the far left lane to make a U-turn in the median.

There is NO dedicated lane for a U-turn, and traffic in the passing lane suddenly stops for vehicles making an unsanctioned U-Turn, holding up traffic.

Please investigate and install a no U-Tiurn sign for drivers heading South as there is no lane dedicated for this and making a U-turn on any part of Yonge at any part that isnt a 4-way intersection holds up traffic and risks a collission.
