New Community Center at Glendora Park land

Would like to table this idea for City of Toronto's consideration.

Avondale has seen tremendous density growth over the past two decades, however there has not been any Community Center being planned for this neighborhood to support the added density.

In the mean time, areas of fair growth albeit not as much as Avondale, have already seen justifiable Community Center addition that is proportional to their density growth.

Avondale with its tremendous density growth, is significantly overdue for a full Community Center that is within walking distance. The transit ride to Ethennonnhawahstihnen' Community Recreation Centre is not the answer as that CRC is already supporting the tremendous density growth in its own immediate area.
