So many cars are either parked or idling on Anndale drive outside Hullmark and TTC on both sides of the street blocking traffic.
It would help the traffic situation if some sort of automated ticketing was in place to discourage people from blocking traffic.

Yes, and the same problem exists on Church Ave in front of the Metro store.

Yes I agreed. What's being done right now is NOT enough for traffic flow nor is it safe for pedestrian.
