City owned properties at the street address 305-311 Greenfield Ave Southeast corner of the intersection Longmore and Greenfield Ave have not been used by city for decades. It's a good opportunity for the city to convert this unused real estate to expand the existing park since more younger families are moving to the neighbourhood. Since the land is owned by the city , it will be easier than where acquiring new additionl land .
