Eliminate negative turning offset at Yonge & Church/Churchill

Currently when turning northbound left at Yonge and Churchill, it can get difficult to see past cars in the opposing southbound left turning lane due to the significant negative turn offset (see below and Lane Widths Guideline-Version 3.0-October, 2025 Section 2.4) and the uphill grade.

It would be nice to align these turn lanes in a future project or renewal such that the offset is eliminated and sightlines are made much better. I currently turn at Ellerslie instead as a result.
