Dog park on the empty lots at Doris and Holmes

There are two triangular shaped lots on the east side of Doris and Holmes. It’s been vacant and neglected for years. Might as well add some fence to turn them into dog parks. Such a low cost way to use these land and easy to remove in the future if needed. We have many dogs from all the high rise condos that will help dog owners to have a designated place to bring their dogs.
