Crosswalk or traffic calming at Spring Garden Ave

There is a popular green trail that crosses Spring Garden Ave. The problem is that drivers have no visibility over the pedestrians that approach this crossing, and often speed as they approach Kenneth Ave. An on-street traffic-calming centerline speed sign would remind drivers that they are approaching a pedestrian crossing much more effectively than the off-street sign that currently exists.
