Beach Volleyball Court

Hello,

I was wondering if we could transform some of the sandy parks which are not in use for beach volleyball to encourage community in outdoor sport activity. I think this would bring value to neibourhood as leagues can be run or just people can play. There is not such a place in our neibourhood. Thanks
