Add stop signs on Ellerslie at Canterbury Place

This intersection currently only has a stop sign for cars on Canterbury Place turning onto Ellerslie. But it’s unsafe for pedestrians wanting to cross from Ellerslie onto Canterbury Place, especially because of the slight bend and since drivers from Yonge tend to be going fast. Proposing to make this a 4 way stop intersection.
